History

Four decades of continuous membership.

Liberty Associates, Inc. was founded in 1984 by the late Sidney Azriliant, Esq., as a specialty boutique broker-dealer. Over four decades, the firm has operated continuously as a FINRA member, building a reputation rooted in regulatory rigor and long-tenured client relationships.

In December 2017, ownership transitioned to Allison M. Lindh and Evan B. Azriliant. The transition marked the beginning of a sustained modernization effort: regulatory expansion, infrastructure investment, and the addition of senior compliance and operations leadership.
